Victor Mapunga is a Zimbabwe native who is working to use technology to better the lives of millions. In Africa, there are over 400 million citizens without proper identification. Most of them cannot get any credit or formal employment because they are unable to prove who they are. Victor is the man on the front line working to solve this billion-dollar problem.
